For the entirety of our stay the staff was very kind and helpful. The building conditions on the other hand were not as great. From the moment we checked in our door had to be reset for us to be able to get into it. That happened 3 different times. Every time we used the toilet in our room we’d have to stick our hand in the tank so that the toilet would flush. The room wasn’t cleaned well at all. Did NOT freshen the room after the second night as requested.
NOT pet friendly. $75 pet fee not disclosed at time of booking. Hotel has limited amenities for the price. Will not visit this place again.
Everything was good except housekeeping room was not cleaned, bed was not made and no fresh towels when asked. Will stay here again to give them a second chance

The property is relatively new, to my understanding. However, the sofa bed mattress was at least 15 years old and had noticeable blood on the mattress and sofa cushion. I paid for 2 queens but was given a king and sofa bed, which was quite uncomfortable, because they were overbooked on Queens. The rest of the hotel was nice. Won’t be going back though.
Not worth it, stay elsewhere. Great location, clean room. Stayed here before and had good stay. This trip not at all. Checked in fine. Room is nice. Problem was the a/c did not work at all. Call front desk and they asked me to hold. They sat the phone down where I could hear and the proceeded to speak with a coworker or manager for the next ten minutes complaining about having to work with a specific coworker. The "housekeeping" was TERRIBLE. I told front desk DAILY & NIGHTLY that we wanted all clean towels & bed made (3 nights, 4 days). Staff asked for room #. Never happened. They were told a spill happened & that was especially why. Too bad. Continental breakfast: All we wanted was coffee & creamer. They were empty. I asked for more & was told she was busy. She was black, the guests there were family and she was busy helping them. I was the minority & not family. No coffee 2 days

Hotel was quiet, relatively new. Very disappointing to pay full price and have no housekeeping service, and to not be told there wouldn’t be any.
