I didn't like how the employee had to touch my phone to get the free car wash. Like I don't know where your hands have been. YUCK! Then when going in the car wash, the guy spraying down the car ONLY did the left side of car. He completely didn't do the right side. I remember when it was the other company they had 2 people on each side spraying the car down before you go in. Ya'll got to change those 2 things. The car was itself was decent, but because of those 2 things I won't be returning.

Things are not the same since they got new equipment. The dry roller has often not working and now the machines are bending the rearview mirrors back against the car. This can be a danger if you don't notice it until you get back on the freeway and try to change lanes. I'll give them another few months to get their act together, but if not, I'll start looking for another car wash in Petaluma.

Good place to go for a car wash and vacuum it out yourself. One complaint is I still see pollen and dirt in some places on my car. When you're in the car wash you wouldn't think it would come out like that. Just wish they would scrub it down before going into the car wash like the old place that was there did! Makes a big difference! Also wish they opened earlier.

C'mon guys. The dryer has been broken for well over a month now. The only one of the drying rollers that work is the overhead one which doesn't even touch the hood of the car, touches maybe the first third of the roof of the car, and then stops. It did the same thing when Wash-2-Go operated this place. Either replace the machinery or fix it. My car gets dirty within an hour of leaving because it's not dried properly. What am I paying for? This car wash is the best in Sonoma County! I've tried many and there isn't one that comes close to the level of service that Happy's provides. Prices are reasonable and I can vacuum the inside of my own car which I need to do weekly. The vacuums have super suction and are always in working order. There's even a machine that cleans car rugs. The staff are well trained, polite and knowledgeable. I have to wash my car weekly because I don't have a garage and I transport my snacking toddler grandsons to and from daycare. First time going to this car wash and I was pleasantly surprised. I finally found a wash that cleans my car properly. With other places I have tried my car is always left with dust especially in the back window and trunk. My car was spotless after going through this wash. Most car washes lightly mist your car with water but this one has some nice power to it which is what gets all the dirt off. Definitely recommend this car wash they really did a great job in improving everything not to mention the staff is just amazing. Got to speak with the manager Fernando and super nice gentleman very professional!! I needed help with putting on my plates and with no hesitation he helped out very great customer service. Overall loved the way my car turned out very convenient place to go to! They need to open one in Santa Rosa that would be a huge hit.

I stopped by because of a post that said this place had gotten new machines and was giving out free car washes for a grand opening. It was great! Everyone was really friendly and it was a good deal. I'll be back!
