Superb customer service- Jarwin was very helpful. Beautiful location The accommodations were good - the room was very clean and comfortable. Renovations were in progress but did not interfere with stay. Old time elegance- very laid back.
Great location and vibe The staff were friendly and so helpful with recommendations. Even though we only stayed one night it was wonderful. Definitely want to come back and stay longer. Walking distance to everything. Close to the beach and shops/restaurants. Perfect location.
Nice hotel close to beach and shopping Very enjoyable staff was exceedingly nice and accommodating. The room was clean and the food was very good . I would stay again if opportunity arose. The pool was also heated and was big enough for all to enjoy
Overpriced Hotel Beautiful location but not a $500/night room. The bathroom looks like a motel bathroom. Old looking carpet and balcony. At least for that price, I was expecting a nicer room.
Quick Family Trip Pros: Location and view Cons: Housekeeping - see comment above Great location, beautiful porch overlooking the water, easy walk into Edgartown. Property is in great shape. Room was nice, beds very comfortable. Only issue was with service/house keeping - check in was delayed because of "face cloth" shortage, room keys repeatedly did not work, and we had to request extra towels and cot 3 times to get them delivered.
Best Hotel on Martha's Vineyard! I'm mystified that not all the reviews of this hotel are 5 stars! What hotel were they staying at? Some reviewers claim the hotel is a bit run down - the only things I noticed were that the roof was missing six shingles and the rug was a bit threadbare in one place. This must be the best place to stay on Martha's Vineyard. The best thing about the hotel was the staff - they are young, pleasant, helpful, and could not have been more friendly! Great location, outstanding service, food, & yoga outside in the gardens! My first time on the island, can't wait for another visit, & we would not stay anywhere else!
