Love the Harbor View Hotel! I love this hotel! Great location, great brunch, great atmosphere.
Beautiful hotel Excellent hotel. Charming and elegant. Sadly room didn't have a view of the ocean. Excellent food at dinner and breakfast. A bit of a walk from the town, as we didn't have a car. Would definitely recommend though. Visited at Easter which is out of season so most shops are closed. Excellent local bus service around the island.
A Great First Impression Apart from a very comfortable cozy room my lasting impression was created from my first interaction. I had a difficult day getting to the island. By the time I actually arrived at Harvor View weary and hungry I walked through the front door and received a very personal welcome. "Hello Michelle we are glad you made it tonight. Would definitely go back! Pros: Our room, the amenities, and the location Cons: The building we were it looked a bit run down outside. Location: We walked to the lighthouse, but it wasn't open. We walked to the Chappy Ferry and went over to the island. We walked to News of America for dinners. We were off to a good start when the front desk radioed the cleaning staff to see if we could check in early. We were able to.
