Great hotel in great location. Pros: Walking distance to restaurants. Quiet location. Excellent and reasonably priced breakfast. Perfect three days away even in rainy weather. Appreciated concierge advice on what to do/not do, i.e., making most of our time.

the location of the room was lovely, we could walk into the pool and had our own patio area but the room smelt funny due to a wet carpet caused by the air conditioning unit we think. We felt a little disappointed given the cost of the room and the response from the front desk. We would return to the hotel as its location was beautiful but feel staff could have responded better
Management Change Needed This hotel is in an amazing location and common facilities were excellent. Of 3 meals eaten at hotel 2 were very good. Breakfast was very mediocre. Ordered a la carte vs buffet. Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast and home fries all were buffet quality cold. The room (945) was on 3rd floor and no elevator. Told us it was because it was historic building yet main building (the original hotel) had an elevator. At 70 I don't like lugging up 3 floors. Great views! We stayed in a suite on the second floor and loved the view of the light house.
Busy hotel Busy hotel 20 min walk to Thames street location for marriage parties Some of the rooms have no views which defeats the whole purpose of coming to this hotel!
Great location Pros: Everything Cons: Air conditioning Location: Great location for views and close to downtown Edgartown Stayed 2 nights with friends and family. Had a great time onfront porch and walking into town. Pool was great with games and bar. A grand hotel!
Great hotel. Location is unmatched. The Harbor View is fantastic! The location is perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly, especially the concierge, Darlene, who went out of her way to make sure that our island tour was a perfect experience.
