Great hotel in a spectacular location We loved the spectacular location. Our large room was very comfortable. Food at Henry's was very good, with excellent service.
First visit to Vineyard; a great success The staff quickly delivered a fan to our room since it was a bit stuffy due to warmer than usual weather for late May. (The hotel's central a/c is not functional until later in-season.) We stayed May 15-20 and had terrific weather b4 season began. Breakfast at hotel was great and Darlene, our concierge, provided her own typed list of favorite things to do on the island and we did them all. Fabulous stay You cannot beat the location and the view. The dinner at Henry's and breakfast at the lighthouse were phenomenal. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.
Excellent Hotel Pros: The location of the hotel, the view to the ocean. The staff member, overall I think I liked everything!! My husband and I really enjoyed the stayed in Harbor View Hotel. All the staff members were super friendly, the hotel is super nice and clean. The view from the rooms and the front porch are breath taken!! We really enjoyed!!!
Off season stay on Martha's Vinyard Returned to Harborview after almost 10 years hiatus. Same lovely spot and friendly staff. The hotel infrastructure seemed worn and in need of some renovation. Hallways and stairs in need of paint and new carpet. Room was very clean and comfortable though.
