I enjoy this hotel and have stayed with them several times. My only complaint is that the services in the Casino have such limited hours that it's kind of a joke. The Casino has two bars, one is almost closed. They briefly opened it for about 3 hours in the early evening. The buffet has terribly limited hours and does not serve breakfast and closes early in the evening. I always get the sensation they are about ready to close their door for lack of business. Unique room but overnight was EXTREMELY LOUD. Not a good experience. Would not stay overnight again.

Poor customer service diminishes nice hotel I had booked my 2 night stay thru Expedia. We checked in everything seemed fine until the next day. I got a very rude phone call from the front desk clerk Kacy. She asked me if I knew check out was at 11am. It was now 1pm. I stated I was checking out the next day.
