Not bad, not great Apartment needed to be cleaned and smelled of smoke. Basement storage area had broken latch and was filled with someone else's stuff. Paint spray on everything. Older appliances. Good sized apartment and everything works alright. Can't hear much from neighbors, although there is occasionally a strong smoke smell. Generally not a bad place to live but it could use some updating.
