management is a joke management is inattentive and simply do not care about concerns of their residents. it was like pulling teeth trying to speak to someone on the phone for the longest, they would claim "the lines are disconnected"…..but how many times are they going to be "disconnected"?? there's garbage floating around the parking lots and back door. the hallways wreak of smoke & are dirty. you have to beg them to throw salt for ice on the sidewalks and in front of the doors.management is rude & can never get a hold of t... read more

Verified Renter Some of the apartments are decent but the two bedroom apartments are not worth what we are paying especially with no dishwasher and the rent is constantly going up.

Verified Renter The apartments look amazing outside and in, with a lot of work needed. If pet hair doesn't bother you or peeling tubs and tile floors, then this is the place for you. If you have noisy neighbors that don't quit, the best thing to do sometimes is call corporate, especially if the noise is persistent and you've tried the office many times already.
Place is nice, management isn’t The apartments are fine, nothing special. Management is ridiculous and untruthful. Since I like the area I renewed my lease for a third year. But if I knew then what I know now about how insensitive and dishonest management is I would’ve happily looked to move elsewhere after year 2.

Be warned!!! I used to like this place. Even recommended it to my sister, but she had a terrible and awful experience here. Almost the whole summer her unit has no working ac and DTE bill went up to 400 percent. We have been in constant communication with the management but no luck. Finally we had to withheld one month of rent and asked to take some responsibility for utilities due to their incompetence to provide a good working ac. Don't move here Worst places I have ever moved to. You can never get a hold off the property Manger and if there's an emergency you can't get a hold off Maintians at all the people here are rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
