Verified Renter I do enjoy staying at Harlo they keep the snow shoveled and the grounds salted and in the summer the grass is manicured and the flowers are beautiful so I'm willing to stay with Harlo and upgrade my apartment to a two bedroom when my lease is up in August if the price is right and if they're willing to work something out to keep their resident.
Verified Renter I have been a resident at Harlo Apartments since 2004. I like it here because everyone is nice. The stores are within distance and the expressway. The grounds are kept up, hallways are clean weekly, they do two inspections on the units a year. Spring and Fall. They make sure smoke detectors, lights, and leaks are working or fixed. I thinks the price is fare with the market. I give them a five!

Verified Renter I have been a tenant at Harlo Apartments for more than 15 years. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond for there tenants. The complex is clean, and every summer they spruce up the land with flowers. The pool is cleaned everyday and well maintained. Meijer is just down the road and a gas station you can go to for little snacks without leaving the complex. I have a one bedroom and it is big. Verified Renter Not many Apartments allow dogs. it was the main factor in me choosing Harlo Apartments.
Great customer service If you go in adk for Trici M. She's very helpful informative and resourceful. She went over and beyond even if she didnt have all the information! She even gave me a call to answer one if my questions. Will definitely be following up on renting.

Verified Renter Entranceway doors were replaced, but the buzzer panel does not work with the new door, also myself and some of the tenants keys do not work making it difficult to get in. Laundry appliances need thorough cleaning.

What happened?? I have been residing in this apartment complex for almost a year now, and I must say that overall, my experience has been good. The apartment itself is nice, and everything works fine, and the staff is quite attentive to the residents' needs. However, the only downside that I have experienced is that the maintenance requests take an awfully long time to be addressed.
