Verified Renter The location is good and I like my 2 bedrooms and partial walk in closet but if the opportunity presents itself I would move to pay less rent because the apartment home with its old fixtures and quick drywall and paint job is not worth the money they are charging me and I dont even have a dishwasher. Not good.

I feel the quality of the apartment buildings can be improved however i understand thats a huge task that probably cant be budgeted for. Our basement floods every time it rains or snow melts and snow removal has been inconsistent since winter started (some days snow is immediately removed - other days it takes DAYS for our snow to be removed). Verified Renter I've lived in a one bedroom and a two bedroom here at Harlo. Both are overall very nice. I have enjoyed my time here. Most of the neighbors are very friendly. There are some neighbors that can drive you crazy, but that can happen anywhere. The staff here is also very friendly and responsive. The few repairs that I needed were done quickly without any issues. There are a few issues wherever you go; however. The neighborhood is peaceful, the staff friendly and professional, and my neighbors have been kind and respectful. The landscaping, buildings, and apartments are well kept and I am enjoying my new home. I would definitely recommend Harlo to any friends or family.
Verified Renter I love the area I moved here I thinking 20 07 I retired and moved to Florida and they let me move back in I was a little desperate at that time and I didn't really check my apartment before I signed it I'm happy here but it's just so dirty just needs painting the basement is dirty looks more like a garage storage space louder than that I'm pleased with my apartment long as I come in and close the door
