This company washed their hands of my damaged vehicle. Not only did the driver deliver the car 8 DAYS LATER THAN PROMISED, it was also missing the gas cap which costs me $500 to repair. Keith stopped responding to me and wouldn’t pay for the damage or assist in getting the funding from the driver THEY hired! Do not use this company!!
There was some issues with the carrier itself, but Haulaway was there the whole time like he said he would be to help fix the issue. Keith picked up the phone every single time we called
After dealing with 2 other brokers one of whom "guaranteed" their price only to find out that meant nothing, I went with Haul Away. They quoted me a "realistic" price to get the vehicle transported and arranged for a transport within an hour. My car was picked up the same night and made it from California to Virginia in 5 days. No problems or issues. Don't waste time and frustration with other "low-cost" brokers, just use Haul Away Logistics.
I was behind the 8 ball because the 1st transporter low balled the price! Told me the had a transporter then quit communicating altogether! Keith worked relentlessly and located a transporter that actually picked my vehicle at 1:30 this morning and put me back on track! Keith was very professional and passionate about his work! First let me start out by saying that this whole transport started out as a night mare trying to get a car shipped from Maine to Tennessee I received about 30 different companies that respond with quotes and a lot of them stated in the quotes that they had a driver waiting to pick up the car, so who do you hire I didn't have a clue. Mr. Keith Duran called me to contract a company to haul my pick up from Hialeah, Fl. to Jefferson City, Missouri. The company was Dynamix Auto Transport out of Miami, Fl. The truck came to my home damaged (tailgate) that had to be repaired. Cost to replace tailgate $1,109.19. Sent all paper work to Haul Away and Dynamix for claim. No one called or contacted me. Called Haul Away and got the not our problem. Still waiting to hear from Dynamix. Would not use these two for transportation of you car or truck.
Used their service because a friend referred me who said he never had any issues with them. They communicated with me very well until I gave them my deposit. I was to meet the drive in PHX on a Tuesday when he didn't show I called Haul Away to which they said the original person I talked to they "had to let go". Not a great company in my book, initial quote was $800 no money down. Once a driver was located it became $1,600 with $300 down. Total crap to deal with. Only reason I gave two stars is because my contact was quick to reply to my calls to let me know he'd have it on a truck tomorrow . . . For three weeks.
