I was contacted by Sean and told he would look for drivers at a certain rate and if no one accepted the rate would go up. I only rec'd generic emails stating that a driver had been found but no rates were disclosed. I never responded to emails and did not receive any phone calls with updated information. WAS TOLD OCTOBER 4TH WAS ALL SET-HAD 2 VEHICLES BEING PICKED UP BY DIFFERENT CARRIERS. KEITH WAS YOUR BEST FRIEND WHEN TRYING TO GET YOUR BUSINESS, BUT WHEN IT CAME TIME TO DELIVER AS PROMISED HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. KEPT MAKING EXCUSES-,TOLD ME ONE THING,SAID TRUCKS WERE PICKED UP AND ON LOAD BUT THEY WERE STILL SITTING ON THE LOT. I was given a quote for 400 and in the email it said no hidden costs so I agreed to the estimate of 400 and gave vincent a 125.00 deposit when the car arrived the driver wanted 400 dollars which was suppose to be the total cost .So I called the company and Vincent wasn't there I talked to Catherine she told me to send her the estimate which I did after she received it she explained to me that Vincent should have told me that they also charged 125.00 fee to schedule the shipment I said that's not what I was told and that's no... read more

I spoke with Vincent regarding transporting my car from Chattanooga TN to CA. He kept telling me that it would be easier for him if the car was in Nashville or Atlanta. I found out that he placed my car on a national board for delivery. Upon contacting him and asking him to remove my car from the board as I had found another broker who could pick my car up in Chattanooga.
