rough tow to begin with and the driver delivered the car in good condition..took awhile to get car on trailer. and I give the driver a lot of credit for being to move my car

When you get tired and frustrated enough from all the lies that you are inviting into your life by not hearing what I just told you, then you can call me and ask for my help, because I just gave it to you in the most honest way you are going to get in order to ship the car. I was told many times that my account wouldn’t be charged until I was notified. They charged said account without notification which resulted in an overdraft fee from my bank. I simply had to move money upon notification that I never received. They said several times it was their fault and would fix it. Never happened. Then I have the boss calling and screaming at me in the phone calling me welfare because I wanted the fee returned.

I did not have a good experience with this company. They will tell you what you want to hear up front just to get your business. It was the worst customer service, they were rude and had an “I don’t care” attitude you have already paid me. I will never do business with them again and I will never refer them to anyone I know.

Showed up on time, vehicle delivered on time, minor glitch with keys not with the vehicle when delivered but otherwise OK. Price was right on. Would use them again to transport any vehicle. This was my first time using a car transport company.

I had to hound company to pick up my car (asked for Thurs or Fri pick up and had to call Sat) and then quote was not honored. Seems Bobby had personal issues yet never gave my account to another co-worker. None of my info was in the system when I did get a hold of Sean, the owner. Sean did get me a driver for that morning, but again I had to call and call and pay extra. Driver was a nice guy.

They quoted a fee of $875 for transporting my car from California to North Carolina. I accepted that and I said I would have to pay thru my credit card the entire amount since I don’t have that much cash on hand. They (Bobby) said there will be no problem in accepting my credit card. I also told Bobby I did not want any issue in the last minute. He assured me there will be no issue in the last minute. this is not a shipping company they hire people to ship cars my contract was to ship both cars to my residence in my country Bahrain they took my money and never shipped the cars to my house they just shipped it to the port and left it and I was charged for leaving the car there bad service when I called them to ask for a refund they tolled me no refund steve was shouting at me and he was tilling me you got your car why do you wont a refund and start to say bad words and till this day I didn't get the refund for not shipping... read more

they listed my vehicle without a contract and refuse to take it off the board. I asked them to take me off the board and they refuse to do it. They are using foul language and being argumentive. Make them take me off the board.
