purchased some GTR ultra 2.0. I needed customer support for an address change for shipping. and an account issue. never responded back to my emails, nor did they not answer a phone call for a week straight. would not recommend. will be purchasing LED bulbs from another supplier.

Website didn’t have correct information on it pertaining to the bulbs I required therefore they sent me the wrong bulbs and now I am responsible for shipping these back to them. I have duty costs already in the wrong bulbs and they expect me to pay to return the wrong bulbs and then pay duty on the right bulbs… in essence taking my total purchase price to over 800.00 for two bulbs. Sorry but this is just not acceptable for me

Absolutely garbage experience so far, over 21 days since my order that hasn’t fully came and hours on the phone with rude and inconsiderate reps. A manager admitting I was lied to by one of his staff members about the rest of the order as well is the cherry on top. Don’t buy from these guys waste of time trying to obtain what you paid for…but why would they care they already have the money
