Tried to contact these guys about the problem im having with the gtr headlights i purchased. Mind you it is their fault aswell by selling an adapter for 21+4 runner that doesnt even work and they dont even tell you so i went to the shop to get them installed and charged 280$ just for them to get taken off as they wouldnt work. Emailed these people multiple times too and they wont answer. Called to have my order exchanged or refunded. I was transferred to a different department which was closed therefore the call ended. when i called back the phone rang and went directly to a prompt saying they were closed and their hours were Monday through Friday 9-5. it was noon when i called back. this is my 4th time trying to contact them about a replacement or refund. This is not the way to do business.
Felt deceived.....twice. Ordered what I thought was a set of morimoto headlights (great lights by the way, can't say the same about the seller). The item description clearly said 5x7 headlights (plural). Drop-down said nothing about it being a single light or a pair. At the same time they had an ad with a coupon code that clearly said buy ANY Morimoto headlight assembly and receive a free set of 4 banger fog lights. Tried using coupon code, wouldn't work. If you have to call them… pack your lunch!!! Your hold time will be a minimum of 45 minutes PLUS!!! And I’m not exaggerating!!!

Bought a set of expensive GTR Ultra HID kit 55w. So I mistakenly purchased the 35W do they did a swap without issue. So when I get to installing the bulbs don't fit correctly because they sent me H11A (verified correct by their system when adding vehicle info.) when my application requires H11B after I verified this I called them and they said no problem we will over night them. Very disappointed in this purchase with the customer service. Recently purchased Tacoma morimoto taillights. Product is awesome. Customer service is trash. Left taillight is missing both retainer nuts. Not a big deal just contact headlight resolution and address the issue. Not the case. Several emails, emails not responded too or if they were, the emails were responded to with generic statements. Called the company 4 times. Each time was a 40 min wait for a customer rep. I've placed an order of two 9005 Morimoto 2Stroke 3.0 from closeout inventory. One of the devices came with incorrect socket key attached which prevented it to be mounted (no surprise), another one was good. I've contacted with support providing images of a problem (comparing Morimoto to standard halogen 9005) and requesting replacement of incorrect device. Got automated support ticket opened but after that nothing happened. Three days later I got an email to rate how support was doing. Here we go.

headlight revolution goes by more names than one. I ended up with multiple orders from the same company basically and a ton of headaches from it. customer service to even begin to listen to me was crap. i will not purchase from HLR ever again for sure. 10/10 do NOT recommend..
