Have had 2 issues in two months First passenger head light didn’t work upon installing Moto is we’re the best cause we test Had to drive around with one headlight for 7-10 days waiting on replacement Second ,2 months later Drivers tail/brake light does not work Now 4-8 weeks delivery for new one Now driving around with no brake light till delivery I love the looks and brightness of them on my rocky ridge but am concerned how long these this will last without problems , especially for the cost of these lights and tail ... read more

Bought headlights and taillights from this company on next day air. They sent the headlights but not the taillights. Taillights arrived a week later, not next day air. Headlights installed great and work well. Taillights will not work for our truck even though is says it will per their website. I have called customer service and sat on hold over 30 minutes 3 times without getting to talk to anyone. I have sent emails and I get ridiculous emails back. It appears that you ordered Alpha Rex housings, these ship directly from their warehouses so with the shipping method issues, I imagine a miscommunication or mistake took place when it shipped over there. HR test, and can back up what they say. I'd say by far the GTR's are the best lights on the market. I spent days Shopping around, and comparing other LED's. At the end, I came back to and bought another set from HR.

So here is how my call went to headlight revolution. "Hi there, I am looking for taillight leds, turn signals, and high mount stop lights for my 2021 GMC Sierra". Headlight revolution: "we do not carry those". Me: "Well, there is a video on Youtube of Chris installing them from H.R., could I speak with Chris?" Headlight revolution: "Chris doesn't take calls" "we dont have these" Me: "Well you have them on your website aswell" Headlight revolution: CLICK. Great service guys.

I ordered several items. One of the items was used and in an open box. I attempted to get a replacement new item but was told I have to pay return shipping. You should let people know you are selling open items in some cases at new item pricing.

I am lost when it comes to LEDs and I trial and errored on way too many - some even caused EM interference on my Motorhome HVAC and other issues. I started watching the HR reviews and tests and now I won't get any LED unless recommended through HR. I bought my Jeep Headlights and fog lights through them and couldn't be happier - some of the smaller lights have had an issue and they replaced them without question.

Their shipping is good. Their information availability is good. Their testing is good. What is NOT good is their customer service pre-sale and their marketing team. Tried over the course of 4 days to call them/E-Mail them asking a question that I could not find online .... I never got an answer or reply even now, a week later. So I ordered anyway. This is where the marketing team is awful. Why do I need 3 E-Mails in 48 hours asking me to review my experience when I haven't even GOTTEN the products yet? Are you serious? ... read more
