Quality product. Exception being high beam connectors that do not fit properly. Post sales service & support are non-existant.
Terrible experience! I spent WAY more to order from them based on their videos. I had problems with my order, and emailed customer service with no response. I called customer service and was told they would research and get me an answer - no response. I responded to their automated follow-up email asking if I had problems with my order, and sent a detailed description of the problem - NO RESPONSE! Do not waste your money buying from this company that does not care about its customers.

Hopefully their bulbs are better than their service. Spent 400+ dollars, still haven’t received an ounce of info regarding shipping. Ordered over a week ago now, they don’t ever answer the phone and barely answer an email after 5 days. Finally I got in contact with Caleb at HR only to be told they didn’t even have my order ready, but it would be out the next day, that was Wednesday it’s now Friday and still nothing. If you order led lights and one of the led lights is missing is shipping you should never wait almost a month for a replacement or a response, still waiting for customer service to do something besides reply back "so are you all good with your lights?" NO! I sent pictures and details don't ask if I'm all good.

Called three days now... very short hours of phone assistance and then when you dont get a busy signal then youre number 36 in the que and then they just go home if the shore 4 hours work day ends and then they never answer. been on hold now for 1 hour and 13 minuets!!! Terrible. Got to buy elsewhere!

I spent over $600 on HID headlights (low and high beam), and neither set works right. I sent an email a week ago since I couldn’t reach anyone by phone, and I still haven’t gotten a reply. I’ve bought things from them before, and their customer service was good then. I don’t know what changed, but the customer service now is unacceptable.

Terrible service, paid overnight shipping for HiD kit for my customers Cherokee. Received it with a bad bulb. They would not overnight the new good bulb, and now I’m waiting on 3 days still without even seeing they shipped it. Never buy again. And this company will receive a comment a day from me telling them they are scam artists and I hope nothing but the worst for their company. Have a nice day 👍. Talk to you tomorrow.

I called and was put on hold twice automatically with the recording saying I was 60th or 70th in line. So, I emailed and I get an automatic email back that says they are busy, but someone would follow up shortly. Over a week later, still no call or contact. Horrible follow up.
