I bought bulbs for my snowmobile and they didn’t fit. So I contacted them to return them through email and calling never got a call or email back. Never order from this place.

Got some $180 LEDs for my fog lights. They send me different bulbs left from right. Now I want to return them and have my money back, they want me pay they return shipping and take forever to answer an email.

So far this has been one of the worst purchase experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely horrible customer service! Error on my order so when I called to fix it I have been transferred multiple times like no one wants to deal with it so they pawn you off to the next kid. And when I say kid I mean it. I ordered and received the headlights but the main plug for the lights does not fit my truck. I have emailed them multiple times with photos and they will not even respond one time. Now I have these very expensive headlights I can’t install without taking to shop and have the correct plugs installed. Their service after the sale is non existent!

RecommendedWeek 3 and still haven't received my tail lights, and can't get anyone to answer the phones or respond to messages through the website. I got the majority of my order but seems like terrible after purchase customer support.
tring warranty some lights, after 1 hour on hold no one answered. customer service sucks!!!!
