My loved one said the experience was ok. He said that since he tries to eat kosher style he felt that there was no alternative if he could not eat the meal . He said they might have made an alternative but he did not know before the meal.

After my mom was evacuated to another facility temporarily, sales at Pacifica stepped up and arranged for her to live there, since she could not go back to her original facility. Sales staff at Pacifica went above and beyond to mover her, make sure she got comfortable, and took care of all necessary paperwork etc, quickly.

The interaction with the staff is very good. They take trips on the bus/van to go to other places. Sometimes they have birthday parties, and different things going on for the residents. It's expensive. We picked this place because, it was a better fit for my loved one and because the staff were very enthusiastic. I feel like I made the right choice.

Everything has been fantastic. What was said has happened. Communication is outstanding. All time frames were accomplished . Everything was explained and understood. Even the little things like installing their T.V -[name removed] was very helpful. On arrival a meal was given. That was very kind.
