I give them all a 5 stars. So far all have been great. The office staff is wonderful. And I like the idea of little cottages with limited residents.

The administration staff has changed over the past few months. Some of the other staff members is very sweet. They are in transitional phases. The food is fine. The place could be a nice place, but they have had a lot of staff turnover.

Now that time has passed, we hope that the staff turnover has eased and that everyone is used to the newer staff. Change is never easy but sometimes it is necessary for us to improve the service level and provide more consistent care. Thank you for having patience with us during this time.
Pacifica Senior Living has been such a better experience for our loved one, the only bad thing we have to stay is the location is just to far away - that is our only complaint. The staff members are so friendly, so helpful and so attentive to our loved one. We really like how they have little cottages that only hold a certain amount of residents. My experience with PSL, has been extremely positive. They were supportive of residents and family thourough, and on top of things. Phone calls are responded and communication is great.
