I've been here for two years and Pacifica has been terrific for me. I consider the primary staff is cottage #1. To be genuine great good friends.

My mother selected Pacifica-Ft. Meyers prior to the progression of her failing memory. The accommodations, community, and activities have been as she had hoped. Through the adjustment required by the difficult labor/staff changes and CoVid, the Pacifica team has provided a passionate and caring environment. Everyone has been so helpful with the placing of our mother in respite/Memory Care. We have felt nothing but welcome, warm, helpful vibes. Special thanks to the Marketing Coordinator who went out of her way to explain and assist us with this difficult time.
I highly recommend this assisted living model for your loved ones. The unique cottage living is like being in a home when you can no longer be in your own home. The care is very good and the social interaction is engaging and fun. My Mom has improved and it has given me peace of mind.

I give them all a 5 stars. So far all have been great. The office staff is wonderful. And I like the idea of little cottages with limited residents.
The administration staff has changed over the past few months. Some of the other staff members is very sweet. They are in transitional phases. The food is fine. The place could be a nice place, but they have had a lot of staff turnover.
