From the first tour, the staff has been welcoming and helpful. As soon as we had toured, I knew that pacifica is perfect for mom. She has been there 6 months now and is thriving there. She has dementia and everyone is so kind and sweet to her. It's a "10."

What our family likes the most about the community is the location, the room, medical care. What our family dislikes is hard to say. My father is there and doesn't want to be, so he complains about everything. Since this is my first experience with memory care it is hard to judge. Generally it is a fine place clean, good food, it provide good care. I would not consider it outstanding .
