They have such a large selection to choose from!! I like their meal replacement shakes too!! Their overnight oats are very good and I love the tandoori chicken, and yum yum chicken because the sauce it comes with it delish!! All the meals are so good!!The staff is always knowledgeable And helpful!

The food from HMD sets me up for success each week. My snacking and mindless eating is no longer an issue. I follow another weight loss plan and the meals fit right in perfectly. I am down 13 lbs in 3 weeks. My husband is doing very well following the men's weight loss plan. we also use meals for an elderly family member who is no longer able to cook for themselves. My experience was a fantastic one from the day I walked in and met victoria there. She is a very friendly knowledgeable lady . The food is fresh and delicious and the location in islanda is very convenient. whether I place and order online or stop in for a quick on the go meal .
