They have excellent food. Dining seems to be a real pleasure for the residents and their families. They are a little bit lacking in training in the memory care unit and lacking in the cleanliness of the laundry in the memory care as well. They lack communication skills and approach with the resident that have dementia. The caregivers were all very polite and willing to come help when called. This is an expensive community and the price will only increase.
The staff here was amazing. The facility is first class. We are excited about getting my dad set up here. We have already started the process. Thank you so much

The staff are great. My mom is happy and stays busy all of the time. I love the attention to detail that the staff has given our family. Lots of hugs and friendly faces each time I visit. A blessing to me and mom.
This community is really nice, new and modern. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are really spacious and the decor is beautiful. My parents loved it but unfortunately it was just out of their price range.
Very impressed. Provide advance memory care. Programs developed with patient and tenant input. Only reason not 5 star is they are not open yet.
Was very pleased with their Memory Care programs. We liked their layout for the dwellings, Soft color scheme and calming atmostphere. And location. Five star.
Number 1 gets a 2 because it has taken two or more weeks to fix an air conditioner problem and it still might not be fixed. Today is first day it is working. Might not work again tomorrow. Their maintenance department responsible for air conditioning seems to be quite inept. They couldn't even figure out where the thermostat for [name removed] room was located. There have been definite changes in the food, dining experience that have been negative. There used to be snacks, cookies, muffins plus available food such as salad and small meals at anytime. This has disappeared.
