It's ok, from a member standpoint PROS Using heartland just as a user was not the best experience. It was nice for w2 purposes, and being able to clock in/clock out on a daily shift at the restaurant. CONS Viewing/printing paychecks each week was such a challenge. Most times I would almost get kicked out because my password didn't always register. It was not very organized.
Worth the $$ PROS I love that I don't have to figure the payroll taxes for our small company, so I happily pay Heartland to handle this for us. They are really nice setting up my account, and every time I have an issue. Since our team only gets paid once a month, it's long enough between logins that sometimes I forget how to do something and mess it up. Everyone on staff that has helped me is always happy to fix anything I mess up. CONS There seems to be a few glitches in the system with saving payroll changes. The good news... read more

Heartland bought Mobilebytes and we still love Mobilebytes Overall we like and will continue to use this product. Definitely one of the best options on the market. PROS This system is so user-friendly and both the back and and the front end make a lot of sense for everyone that encounters them. Payment processing works well, but the user interface is confusing and cumbersome PROS Payments are made to our company in a timely manner CONS Dashboard and reporting are difficult to use. We were given two different websites to login to, but never given training on where to look for transactions and reports. Support was lacking.
Just an employee for this one... PROS That it's easy to clock in and out. I don't have to remember a lot of steps. CONS As an employee user, I don't normally experience any interactions other than my paycheck being deposited and my time kept between paychecks.
Easy to use for the user When we used this on the Front desk, it always seemed to work just fine. In our restaurant, it would have a day here and there, but customer support was always effective at doing what they could as fast as they could, regardless of whether it seemed fast enough on our end. Great POS System Software PROS The product is very easy to use. It makes ringing up purchases in our stores so easy! It accurately collects UPCs and the prices. CONS My biggest problem is on an occasion the chip reader won't recognize a customer's card and we have to call customer service, which can be a slow process.
