New Business owner I have found Heartland very helpful form setting up new employees to actually being able to speak to a representative. Great Customer Support! The Staff is very friendly and were very helpful in helping me transition to Heartland Payroll. PROS I like that when I need anything, like a question answered or how to get around the payroll program, I can always reach somebody immediately. Customer service is great! An amazing payroll management software. I am pleased with this software as all features works well in managing payroll system. Intuitive payroll software to use We manage to control how much we spend on every month and make a prediction on how much the total for certain month. PROS Heartland Payroll++ make work and shift timetable scheduling easy and remove all the redundant shift that used to confusing for our workers.
