App works sometimes but just loads and loads and never pulls up your info. Why???

It's been working good til last update you can't zoom in to view your paystub. It's not just me having issues either, a few other coworkers are having issues also. Both iPhone and android. Could you please look into it and possibly fix it!! Please and thank you
