Heartland payroll It was a bit trying, as what we felt were simple issues to resolve took many many phone calls to resolve. PROS Payroll platform was relatively easy to set-up and maintain. CONS Customer support was not good. Often times it was difficult to get in touch with a support person and often, when you did, the issue took a significant amount of time to resolve. Heartland Payroll Heartland treats us like a business partner and not like just another client. PROS Heartland staff is very responsive and has helped us integrate with other vendors.
