The person who I first met with and the front desk were so so nice, made me feel comfortable and no issues. The doctor I met with for my annual made me feel bad about my weight and during my exam ( while doing it ) was asking questions about my period - I was already flustered with having that done, I stated I record my period and she made a comment about me not helping her out. Just wasn’t the best bedside manner at all. I was in there waiting for an hour. I felt unheard and not able to ask questions because uncomfortable.

I overheard the intake lady and the Dr talking about me and complaining about myself and others so that made things feel a bit unprofessional and kind of hurtful

Took the day off to do pre visit labs. Waited 1.5hrs before asking receptionist how much longer…said it would be about another hour. Left without getting labs.

NP Kourtney Hugley drug tested me without consent at my 12 weeks visit … I’m assuming it was because I made a complaint about care I received from her.

Met with the nurse of Dr Dominique. They did communicate before my meeting with the Doctor. Visit was rushed & the Doctor wasn't concerned with my needs. After my visit with the Doctor I went to CVS & I was informed that my medication wasn't called in. Worst visit ever. Went to the Dr feeling horrible. Left the Doctor feeling worse.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time until I was seen without any notice/update from the staff. The first 2 nurses I encountered did not appear to enjoy their job and were rude. The lady that performed my ultrasound was phenomenal as well as the provider.
I feel like no one cares about my concerns. I will email a dr and not get a respond for 3 or 4 days. I didnt get to know just 1 provider so they didnt know me or my history before seeing them and none of them look at their computer before coming into see me so they dont know what medicine im on or anything. Ive had to tell every provider that I want my amniotic fluid checked regularly because I take medicine that can cause low fluid but no one checks the computer and reads my chart. I had a horrible experience with Heartland Women Health. One of the receptionists lowered her head to avoid assisting me as I stepped in, but the other one eventually noticed me, helped me check in, and gave me paperwork to complete. The nurse hurried me into a room, took my weight, hurried me into the exam room, hurried to gather my information, and gave me another clipboard to fill out with my information so I could give it to her. My appointment was at 2:30pm n by 3:30pm still nothing. A whole hour n i had to refuse the visit bc I did not want to ever experience that on a return visit. The MA's were clueless n never know anything. I feel this place prioritized by what kind of insurance u have. State insurance is not catered to at heartland. N thisvwas not the first time either. I suddenly remembered y I dont go there n after this i am never going back.
