My appt was at 11:45. I waited until 12:45 and the provider still had not come to the room. I had to be back to work at 1 so I couldn’t wait any longer. Ended up having to leave without being seen. Front desk was kind though

I loved the nurse that did my pre tests, my doctor Christina, and the lab tech who took my blood was also amazing. However, the receptionist wasn’t the nicest. She was pretty abrupt and kinda made me feel stupid. Christina had given me a piece of paper to take with me so I could look up two clinics to see if they were in my network. This review of my experience is from my first and only visit on Jan 27, 2025. The 1 star rating is for the kindness of the front desk staff. The staff that checked me in were great. The rest of my appointment was laughable. Dr. Dominick came into the room, she didn’t ask me about myself. Didn’t ask me about any symptoms. Didn’t tell me what tests she ran. I've been a patient here for 25 years. In the last couple of years this office starting to feel like a clinic. The wait is extremely long every time I'm here. The ladies at the front have the music so loud that you can't heard what they are asking for. After, my visit today I will definitely start looking for a new doctor office immediately.

Waited an hour for a visit that lasted less than 7 minutes. Got the feeling since they were behind, it was time to catch up, and go to lunch. So sorry I inconvenienced their day by arriving for my appointment.

The waiting time is entirely too long. If you have an appointment, you might as well cancel all of your plans afterwards because you’ll be late for them.

Establishment was dirty, workers were unprofessional, wait times were EXTREMELY long. What’s the point of appointments if the place not going to honor it. Just like we, the patients, are held to a certain standard regarding late/no show policy so it should be the same with the company.
