I just don’t feel like these doctors or nurse practitioners really care or listen to any concerns I have. I’ve been a patient at heartlands for over 14 years and the quality of care has went down drastically. I went in and the nurse practitioner came in said for no more than two mins did the swab and left. I will be looking for a new obgyn. I just don’t like how they don’t seem to show any care or compassion.

Was not seen by the provider I was initially scheduled with. Didn't ask basic questions like allergies or every confirm my name/birthday. Did not explain what she was doing until after during the exam. Left the room and gave no instructions on if/when I'd receive results or if I should even get dressed.

The interaction was quick which I am use to, it was the swab that was very uncomfortable and painful. I’ve had vaginal swabs done before and they’ve never felt like that. I will make sure to not see that specific OB again.

My experience was terrible and scary. I visited with Dr. Boyd after being referred by a ER doctor who told me to go straight to my OBGYN after my visit to the ER. I Came in to heartland and saw Dr. Boyd. I explained to both a nurse and Dr. Boyd that I was experiencing pain in my lower back and lower abdomen, shooting pain in my thighs, nausea, unexplained bleeding and passing of blood clots, and more. Well for start no one wants to walk into an office dim no lights on. Cold office. I sat for 50 minutes with one car in the parking lot so they wasn’t busy on a Saturday. Waited a month to get in had to walk out after a long hour wait. No one from the office called to find out why I was so upset. If you don’t have All day to go sit this wouldn’t be the place to go ! Very disappointed

Caregivers nurses assistance there are not good they take they time getting back to you doctor takes forever to assist you they take swabs and don't process them they have given medical but wasn't helping the workers gossiping more then working
