Had a horrible experience
The wait time to see my doctor has always been 45 mins - 90 minutes.
The time the doctor spent with me being sure everything was covered.
Doctor explained everything n helped me understand , my old obgyn never did this
The my dr. Appt. was 10:45 am and didn't get in until approx 11:35 am. I know things come up, but you need to let the patient know or call/text them to let them know they are way behind. Waiting an hour or so is not acceptable to me.
After my appointment I called back and asked for a note with some clarifications on restrictions for work so they can accommodate appropriately. I was told the message would get to the doctor and it’s been a couple days and no work note. When I talked with someone on the chat they said it could take a few days. I also sent a message to a doctor Last week and still have not gotten a response, so I am a little off out by response time or lack there of.
Had an 8am appointment and wasn’t seen by the doctor until 8:30. No other patients were there.
