The online schedule doesn’t even make appointments accurately so when you arrive they try to reschedule you as if you have nothing better to do.. Then no matter how early you arrive, or what time of the day your appointment is, it don’t even matter if your the only one in the office the wait to be seen is always at least an hr.. Like this Dr office is just goin downhill so bad.. I’ve been a patient for almost a decade and it’s changed for the worst drastically since they moved across the street..
I drove to your facility 45 miles for Heartland Health Center in Shiloh for Jennifer OBGYN. I was 20 minutes early for my appointment I go up to the desk to check in the girl was on a personal call, literally said to them "I'm with a patient" and put them on hold on put them on hold.. she asked for my driver's license and insurance card after she handed it back to me, I explained that I'm disabled.. I was the patient with this facility throughout my pregnancy. My due date was 12/19/2021. I was not having any signs of contractions closer to the due date and was getting concerned. On my appointment on 12/14/2021 with Shannon Waller Davis, i discussed my concerns that if i do not go into labor by the 19th, i would like to be induced the following week. She said that is an option. Myself and my sister clearly stated that we wanted this as we were concerned about the baby not having enough space and we did not want to take a... read more
Due to negligence of doctor and hospital staff my brother-in-law and sister have lost little one. This hospital doesn’t treat there patients in well manner. Delay in time, appointment, wrong guidance and treatment. And because of this my family is going through bad times. I recommend everyone who’s ever is reading this plz do not visit this hospital In any situation. Today we are suffering because of this hospital and tomm it will be you. So make you right decision.

Had an appointment at 3:30 and was left waiting for an hour and a half to be seen with no explanation at all. I eventually had to walk out after wasting an hour and half, maybe more seeing that I arrived to my appointment 15min early, of my time. Very sad service.
I arrived at 11:00 checked in, filled out my paperwork, and waited. The receptionist forgot to check me in, needless to say I waited until 12:15 to check on my appointment that was supposed to be at 11:15. So make sure if your sitting there to long to check on your wait.
Do not go to Dr Shannon Davis. She was extremely rude while I explained my conditions including hair loss and pre cancer cells. I asked to get a COVID 19 exemption as I do not wish to put anything else in my body. She said no and explained she does not care about my medical problems
