I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early and it took an hour and thirty five minutes (1:35) from my appointment time to be seen by my doctor. The time it took waiting in the office alone cost me over 2 hours of sick leave from work. Once I was seen the care was good and the nurse and doctor were great, but the scheduling is terrible.

I got there at 130pm my appointment was at 2pm I had to be at work at 3pm I went into room at 215pm I didn't see doctor until 330pm I was 1hr late for work

When I walked up to register/check-in, I did not stand behind the plexiglass by mistake, the clerk was not really professional and told me that I needed to talk behind the plexiglass, however, I noticed that whenever others stepped up to check-in, she did not say anything to them, they spoke to her without being behind the plexiglass. I did not like the way she spoke to me. It seemed like she was scolding me for not speaking behind the plexiglass/partition. Didn't care for her attitude.

This was my first visit at this clinic and the front staff I feel should acknowledge patients when walking into the facility. I spoke and no response from any of the three staff members sitting at the desk poor customer service.

The doctors listen to you and don’t try to just rush and get you out the door.
