The Doctor and wait time to be seen
That office (Shiloh) is so cold and unfriendly. I feel like I'm at a discount store instead of a doctor's office.

Cause i got somebody that is looking for a doctor but doesn't have all her stuff no id or medicaid she is pregnant and needs to see a doctor
I was told to get there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork which I filled out prior to arriving. My appointment was at 4:15, so I arrived at 4:00. I was not called back to a room until 4:50 and then had to sit back there for another 20 minutes before the doctor seeing me. I did not leave my appointment until 5:20. The amount of wait time was ridiculous! I have been going to Heartland Women’s Health care for years and this is the first time I’ve ever waited so long. They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I told them 2 or 3 times what pharmacy to send my prescription to
I waited an hour before I called back last visit.
The room I was in had dusty waste cans!! Doesn’t look as clinically clean as it should be.
