I had labs done, real concerns about menopause and a uti and no one has followed up to discuss my labs. I was told to change my diet….to help with something…not sure what. But I would really like an explanation of my labs or to at least see all my labs so I can take them elsewhere.

Very unprofessional..I could her the nurses in the hallway outside my exam room discussing what I had explained to the previous nurses about why I was visiting. Heartlands health reminds me of the Mother and child care of Centerville a disgrace!

The Nurse Practitioner I saw, Jennifer Shopinski, was absolutely wonderful. She was so caring, compassionate, and considerate! The ultrasound tech was awful. She was rude, inconsiderate, and unempathetic. Instead of explaining something, she made me feel dumb for not knowing what it was. This was the worst ultrasound tech experience I have had. I'm very upset and dissatisfied,

Today I had an appointment with a doctor and I’m first time about to be a mom so she had to do a swob on me so of course I was nervous because I have been swob two times before while being at that office and it had me bleeding after so I was scared and nervous. After an hour past my appointment time I decided to leave. Not once did anyone come to say the provider was running behind. The exam room was freezing. The service is not up to par for quality medical practices. I will not be returning.

The Doctors have been great, but their scheduling and customer service needs *A LOT* of work. I was forced to take my daughters in for an unnecessary appointment (which I had explained to the appt setter and the Dr confirmed when we talked to her at the office). I was also charged co-pays for these additional visits. We ordered birth control at the visit and it has been 7 weeks with no communication from the office(s) to tell us about delays/status. In October of 2021 I went for a my yearly check up. A few weeks later I received a bill from Quest saying I owned $109.00. I call to find would they did not code my yearly pap smear as a preventative check. I have been calling and emailing almost weekly to get Heartland to correct this error on their part. The billing manager and customer support manager refuses to call me to try to resolve this issue. This issue has never been resolved and it is now July of 2022.
