"Excellent Customer Service" Came in for an oil change and was also due for 60,000 mile service. The technician gave me all of the things that needed servicing and told me I could come back at a later time to perform the maintance.

"New Purchase" I am thoroughly pleased with the purchase of my 2018 Nissan Altima. I did not expect to make a new car purchase, but the deal was too good to ignore. The vehicle is amazing. "Trusted but not inexpensive" I go to Herb Gordon Nissan for service of both of my cars (both purchased at Herb Gordon) because I trust their technicians and the work they do. They cost more than other places but I never worry that they have missed something, which has happened to me a number of times at other service centers. Their staff is always professional and friendly; Marcus provided a discount on a large repair job and was great to work with. "2 Thumbs Up" Sergio answered all of my questions, and went out of his way to address my concerns. Responded to all of my inquires in a timely manner. Overall outstanding experience with Sergio! "Quick and Painless" I set up an appointment with Ben via text, per my request, and I let him know my "on the road" price that I desired. The next day I went to the dealer and in 2 hours I had my new 2018 Altima. No pressure, no gimmicks. Ben got me the price I needed. Mark in finance was fantastic. Didn't try the "hard sell" tactics.
