"Used car purchase " A nice experience, friendly and considerate staff. Purchased used car with minimal disruptions, attentive sales person. Careful to follow company’s protocol, typical of car sales.
"First should be first" I gave the high rating because each of the three people I dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful (woman who seemed to coordinate, check up on everybody (took car in), test driver who knew why the rattling sound was there and knew immediately what to do, cashier who was polite and knowledgeable and patient). "Thank You!" I have been a customer for 5 years now. In total we have bought 4 cars already. Every time we have needed to have service, it has been prompt, courteous and very fair in price as well. e have never driven away thinking we did not get anything but the best. The staff are superb.

"Same day AC repair" Ms Lynn called me to inform me that the compressor they had ordered for my car was available. After the 92 degrees Fahrenheit heat wave we were experiencing, I immediately left a message to say I would drop off my 2007 Nissan Sentra the next morning on my way to work so they had more time to work on it. Ms Lynn called me again and left a message when my car was ready to be picked up. After dropping off the rental car she had organized with Enterprize, I found my car ready and washed. Thank you team.
