"Wait time" I got really good service and was happy with the car when I read what all they had done. However, I had made an appointment online and was hoping to get faster service. Maybe everyone else that was there had made an appointment also! I know it was quite a few people waiting and the technicians probably were very busy. Does it matter if you have an appointment or not? All staff was very friendly and I was well informed as to what was going to be done to my car.
