"Great Service - No Surprises" Even though I had to add some items to my service appointment, Lynn quickly adjusted the order and provided me with an accurate cost update as well as ensuring the additional work was completed when I needed my car back. Throughout the day, I was kept informed of any changes or status of my vehicle. This is how I like to do business and I'll continue to be a Herb Gordon customer. No complaints here.
