I took my 2013 Nissan Maxima to Herb Gordon Nissan for the first time this week. I had the oil and filter changed. My experience was quite pleasant from the initial greeting to driving away. First, I was very impressed by the very clean and modern facilities. All service bays sparkled. Not a drop of oil or grease laying around. Thanks HGN for the great service and fantastic buying experience, Bruce Kim my salesman for a second time, Mark my finance guru, and Larry the manager, you guys make me feel like I'm buying from friends rather than the "typical dealership car salesman". The car was exactly what I was looking for but could not verbalize it with any coherency. Thank you Herb Gordon Nissan for having Carl DeShazior on your staff. His professional demeanor throughout the buying process was smooth. He anticipated questions and had the answers at his fingertips. Everything was thoroughly explained in person, then over the phone, then by email when I requested it. Bill even went as far to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait. I have been going to this service shop for about 10 years and I will continue to go back.

Carl De Shazior was the best very informative salesperson. Walked in the dealership, I gave a brief description of what I wanted. Carl knew exactly what I was looking for... within minutes he pulled up a beautiful Nissan Murano. He was right on...looked at one car and sold. Carl is very professional and easy to work with.
