My visit on this occasion involved the replacement of the shifter knob in my 350Z. My service representative, Jaime Cachua, said, of course we can do that, when a made my service appointment. Jaime has consistently been accommodating with my service requests. The replacement took an amazingly short time, and, because the replacement to less time than expected, Jaime reduced cost from the estimate. I would say that was great customer care.
