Drove to Dallas from Arkansas to let the kids do some things on a long weekend. Planned to have fun, and hoped to see a Hog victory in the Sweet 16... that didn't work out, but we couldn't have chosen a better place to watch the game. It's been a few years since I last went to Hero and I am happy to report it is still as good as ever. I enjoyed the steak fajita tacos (everything I've eaten here is good but this is my go to). The service was great, atmosphere nice and calm for a weekday lunch, and we enjoyed catching up with friends. Looking forward to my next visit!
You cannot go wrong by eating here! The food is always consistent, the cheese fries are amazing and the queso on top is great. The honey mustard, chicken salad is one of my favorite meals and definitely recommend. it normally comes with crispy chicken but I got it with grilled chicken We came here to watch the first day of March madness, and it was definitely the place to go.
The ambiance was great as I visited right before the SZA concert. The chips and queso and tender basket were delicious. Although there was a slightly large crowd of people, the service was super fast, we waited maybe 10 minutes at most before being served with HOT food! I had the Full Count drink and it definitely had tequila in it. I will be coming back!
We went to Hero before a Mavs game and loved it! The food was amazing and the ambiance was even better. We had a wonderful server that guided us well. Our older teens loved playing games while we waited for food. We did arrive early just in time before the wait started for brunch. Don't miss!!
Great place to watch sports or go there before you head to the American Airlines stadium. I think their food is just sub bar bar food. Nothing special. But for the vibes and for how busy they were the service was still good.
I like going to HERO before Mavs games bc of the great food and incredible service by Lexus. Definitely coming back.
What a fun place to be at! Y'all have to try the express martini - one of my favorites in Dallas!!! I love the ambiance there on the weekends - fun people and friendly staff! Would 100% go back!
Made reservations. Got seated and waited 15 minutes. Waiter never stopped at our table. Got up and left.
