Terrible service from your bartenders. Absolutely rude and offended me by being so. I never leave reviews but they were absolutely horrible. I have been coming to your bar anytime I come to an event at American Airlines and this will be my last time. When I tell you they were rude they might have well tossed a drink in my face. Ridiculous.
Standard breakfast was solid! Potatoes really stole the show. Nice place, would recommend to try!
This is a sports bar / restaurant located right outside of the American Airlines Center! Although the food is average, the service is amazing. Came on a Friday afternoon with a huge group (20+) and the staff seated us right away and were friendly and accommodating. They even split the bill individually and our server took great care to make sure we all had what we wanted. The food is average though. I got the Ranchito burger and enjoyed it, although I would have expected it to taste more special with the queso + pico de gall... read more
The food is good relative to the area and the waitstaff does a really good job of taking care of you even when they're busy ahead of a game.
I'm sorry it is 100% humidity and there's no a/c excuse me while I pass out in the bathroom Fighting for my life.
Food was really tasty. You can tell it was fresh. This place was HUGE and I loved the ambiance. We stayed for 2 hours before our concert. Waiter was ok but good enough
One of the best sports bars in Dallas located right next to American Airlines stadium. This place is huge and includes a dining area, arcade games, and a huge projector room for watching games. Good selection of drinks and food as well.
Lots of tv's for sports. The staff was great, and very attentive. The food and drinks were good. Great place to watch sports.
My husband and I went to our first Mavericks game recently, and we decided to try Hero for brunch before heading into the arena. This place has a fun, festive atmosphere. Brunch is served on the weekends from 10am to 3pm. The "brunch" menu included a few non-breakfast items, and a few drink specials. The service was fast and friendly. The food was tasty and our bill was a fraction of what one would pay inside (especially for alcohol). I recommend stopping here for your pre or post game celebrations.
