Great service! Taylor was very attentive in helping to pick a carpet for our bedroom. Showed up to measure when she said she would. The installation was wonderful. The two gentlemen did a great job from moving furniture out of the room; laying the carpet and returning furniture. They did a beautiful install.

Paul helped us pick out the perfect carpet for our Master Bedroom & closet. Paul is extremely knowledgeable helping us out with the right carpet for our needs which was a big help for us. The installers were very careful moving our furniture and putting everything back after installation. They did a great job installing our carpet and we just love it! Recently had LVP installed in my condo and I love it. The service was excellent. I left for the day and came back to everything installed, cleaned and ready to go.

I had carpet installation purchased/scheduled with a different store (a color and quality I wasn't' crazy about). After coordinating with the other store for about two months prior to coming to town, I was told they couldn't install the carpet for at least another 3 weeks. By then I would have left town. I decided to contact Hessler and see what they could do and worked with Adam. Working with Peter was a great experience. He was communicating with us throughout the entire process - from choosing the flooring, measuring, ordering and installation. Three men were involved in the preparation and installation and they did a great job and left our home tidy after finishing installation. We would recommend Hessler to anyone.
