Excellent experience beginning with Pete Schwarz who helped us pick out everything from flooring to tile for our project. He made sure that everything we selected would not be slippery and stayed within our budget. He has followed up on each task to ensure satisfaction. From the first welcome from Paul, everything went smooth. All of the installers were exceptional and the tile removal was “dustless”. Amazing! Happy with our new look.
We researched and compared pricing from several companies before we decided to go with Hessler for our vinyl flooring installation throughout our home. We were in need of new carpeting for most of our home. When checked several companies and looked at their reviews. Hessler had very positive reviews. We looked at their web site and then visited their store in Naples. We met with Steve Kirkman who directed us to the carpet samples we wanted. The workmanship was top quality. The installers did an awesome job. They did everything they were supposed to and more. The cleanup was A1 also. There was a communication issue nd it was resolved to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Hessler.
