This place is confused. Even the Yelp algorithm suggests you might like .. Racetrack ! Is it a store? Is it a gas station? ( it's got enough red n white tile for 20 old style Esso stations ) and the tag line After we HUNT we GATHER is cleverness pushed to the point of being insipid. Food 5 Service 5 Ambiance 5 We stopped in for an early dinner following a work seminar. If I could give H G Supply Co 10 stars I would. The food was as beautiful as it was tasty. I had a chocolate old-fashioned to start, then our team split the deviled avocados. I really enjoyed the texture of the chickpea "egg salad" combined with the peppery arugula... although some felt it could use salt. Love this HG location! It's pretty new - decor is nice and the bar space is great. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Food is always fresh and delicious with a solid HH! I truly appreciate that they are seed oil free and source organic where possible; only using coconut oil or tallow for dishes with oil. That is hard to come by so kudos to HG! Food recs - deviled avocados, chips and cashew queso, falafel.

The restaurant has a very nice layout and very bright. I love the healthier choices on their menu. We were there for Easter lunch and wow the service was awesome. Our server was attentive and kept checking in on us. I had the salmon, rice & Brussel sprouts which was cooked perfectly. I will be coming back!

Mid burgers- not great but not bad. Not a lot of flavor. It's nice they don't do seed oils though. Tallow fries had no salt or flavors at all. Our waiter was nice and service was good. This was the most millennial coded restaurant I've ever been to- they actually had the big bang theory playing at the bar. Think classic millennial burger restaurant from the 2010s

We came on a Saturday night before 7pm. They had several non-alcoholic beers on the menu, but they were out. I ordered one of their healthy drinks and they were out of that too. It seemed strange early in the night of the busiest day of the week that they would already be out of items. I had a great experience here. I haven't been to this restaurant since its former self as a Rock and Roll Pizza joint. I have been to HG Sply before, but first time at this new location. They did a great job reimagining the place, the decor and style is western chic. Very hipster. My family had burgers which they seemed to enjoy.
