It's a pretty nice spot; we decided to check it out with some neighbors for a change of pace, and we haven't been here (newly opened). The ambiance is a bit dim... maybe a tad too dim for my taste, but overall, the food was pretty good. Can't say it was outstanding enough to warrant 5 stars, except for the excellent service we received. I opted for the crispy chicken sandwich, the wife went for the salmon, and our friends tried the chicken and bison burger.
LOVE! I was a little worried about this location because some chains that come to Alliance isn't the best, but this is just as good as other locations. The resturant layout is really nice, they had plenty of booths which is my favorite place to sit, it was clean, and chill. Chill is great for someone like me who likes to eat solo for lunch. We had a fabulous time, excellent customer service and the food is amazing! Very elegant interior and warm inviting atmosphere. We had the grilled salmon bowl, crispy campfire chicken sandwich, bison meatball bowl with a side of bison chili, yellow curry chicken bowl and bison burger. Our favorite HG SPLY Co. location with plenty of parking.
from the outside... looks like a grocery store, minus the shopping carts... on the inside, a welcoming five-star without being a five-star restaurant... greeted immediately by friendly and smiling hostesses, seated in a comfortable atmosphere, option of inside or out, or new a fire place if available. servers are friendly, funny, and great all around... be nice to the newer servers in training, but be sure to give them a complicated order... haha. the food is mind-blowing delicious. 100% RECOMMEND the devilish avocado.
We had a great food and happy hour drink experience at HG Supply in Alliance! They had a very moving sunset toast when they stopped the music and gave a speech from the HG staff that celebrated everyone in the restaurant! Our server, Chris Simpson, was amazing and very attentive to all our needs including my wife’s food allergies. Amazing food and service that will keep us coming back! Cheers!
