Drinks and food were delicious! We had Lauren as our server and She was friendly, knows the menu and was able to offer great suggestions. This was our first time to visit and we will now be regulars !!! My husband had the bison steak with the potatoes and the asparagus salad. This place is so cute! I had never heard of it before. The HG stands for hunt and gather for those of you who didn't know (like me). Their whole deal is fresh food and I am here for it! Everything is made fresh and they are very accommodating to anything you want or any allergies, dietary preferences all the things. They cold press all their juices to make mimosas and it's not insanely expensive. This place is proof that good food doesn't have to be crazy expensive.

Our first trip to HG but we'll be back as there are a lot of protein friendly, low carb options for folks doing keto or watching carbs. Service was on point and the waitress was very friendly. Ambiance was lovely for a Friday dinner service but still chill enough to chat. They definitely focus on healthier options, which means some items may not taste like traditional versions (note the "Caesar" asparagus) but overall very tasty. Ask for extra marinara with the meatballs and you won't regret it.

I've been wanting to try HG Sply for a while now. The one off University Dr was the first one I knew about, and then they opened one in Trophy Club. I don't go to neither areas often so when they opened one in Alliance area close to home, there were no more excuses. Also, I've been into happy hour spots lately and saw that they have HH specials here so off I went! I've visited this location before when it was a different pub/bar establishement. I went for the HD brunch and it did not disappoint. Eggs, toast, crispy hashbrown sticks, bacon, and sausage. It was the kind of breakfast that makes you want to linger a little longer. The vibe is chill but trendy and I loved the open air feel of the place. Good service, great food.
