This HG looks new. We went to the gym then came here for food. Wow, the place is very trendy, modern, clean and sleek. The food, is amazing. Perfect flavors. Definitely get the filet. The service from the front door coming in to setting down and being waited on was amazing. These guys are so kind! They get it.

Decor is stunning. I dig the red/black combo, especially around the bar. And speaking of the bar, Anthony is top notch bartender. The crispy tuna packs a beautiful punch of flavors. It was downright perfect. Bison meatballs were another favorite and make sure and dip the sourdough bread into the sauce. Kitchen had food flying out. So impressed with a packed house.

This is the place for the happy hour!! All drinks and shareable food for 1/2 price!!! I was just there on the weekday after 3 pm and I was not expecting anything special. I remember this restaurant was used to be a different place and it was closed down for quite sometime. I stopped there and the restaurant was very big and cozy inside. Food and Service is so good! Don't leave without trying the charred campfire chicken and crispy tuna. Everything was delicious. The drinks are fresh and fantastic for this wine drinker!

Been coming to HG Sply many times and loves there happy hour great prices cause all appetizers were 1/2 nope not anymore and they don't even tell you. Super disappointed and you just lost a customer. The place isn't that busy anymore! This pictures was me coming here not to long ago. There are way to many places in Alliance now to not be competitive.

Drinks are great, food is not. I had the pork tacos and I could only eat one bite. Food was 1/10. Place was empty when we arrived and it took an hour to receive two meals. Don't wanna go back.

Went for the first time today. We were informed about no seed oils and fully expected that the food would be cooked in tallow. We are use to tallow And the slight smell /taste difference. I got the fried chicken sandwich with fries. 1 the look of the breading on the chicken looked like a weird gray. The smell of the chicken was that of dirty oil and the taste/ texture was off. Decore is nice. Vibe was pretty boring. I can't recall what music was playing, if there was, it was too low. Food was ok. There's NO seasoning on the fries or sweet potato hash. Had to wait to ask for salt, pepper and hot sauce. I also don't like the tiny one serving size of ketchup you get with a whole burger and fries. Had to ask for another ramekin of ketchup, but having to wait for it to be rang in then delivered is annoying. Staff was nice. Overall good lunch. Patio was beautiful.
