Absolutely horrible experience. The representative doesn't care about making the experience of buying a vehicle enjoyable or worth it. It's actually a worse experience than going to the doctor when your sick and the doctor never even makes eye contact or examines you. Instead, they just type into the computer. The car was dirty, never cleaned for presentation, and absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. I know the vehicle was on the markets for at least two to three weeks. Low ball pricing on website. Junk fee city! Won’t do online credit app or final deal like CarMax, Carvana, etc. They would not tell me full pricing until I came in. They tell you once you get to the dealership to expect $3-4k more in junk fees. Find a place that will give you full pricing up front

This is the rudest most unprofessional group of people I ever worked with. We now find that they may have sold us a car that was flooded. You can never reach anyone, they send your call to a number that doesn’t accept voicemails. They never call you back if you ask to leave a message. I think they lie about the prior history of their cars so buyer beware! I will share photos online. The cam sensor and starter went bad and the mechanic got under the car and basically told us we bought a car that was in water.. rust and corros... read more

After driving off in my truck I realized that all of my floor mats were missing. Contacted my salesman and was told my truck was sold as is. I pointed out that it was advertised as having floor mats but to no care. I wasn’t asking for anything more than what the truck was advertised as. What a way to ruin an experience. My floor mats are probably sitting in the next vehicle they needed to sell. Very shady and the poorest of customer service! You reduced your rating to one star because google won’t let me select zero.

Their dealers fees are extremely high at $1299. That's the most I've ever seen on any dealer. Make sure you ask about the fees before you go there.
